This policy explains how [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME] ("we") handles data when you use ApproveBoard ("the app"), an app for monday.com.

What we store

• monday.com numeric IDs: the account, board, and item IDs, and the user IDs of requesters and approvers.
• Approval records: the rule (all/any), status, decisions (approve/reject), and timestamps.
• Board settings: the chosen status column ID and label names.
• Your subscription plan and trial status as sent by monday.com, and a monthly count of approval requests.

We do not store names, email addresses, item names, file contents, comment text, or payment details. Notes and comments you write are posted directly to your monday.com item as updates and stay in monday.com. monday.com processes payments, and we never see card details.

How we use it

We use this data only to run the app: to show approval status and history, enforce plan limits, and keep your status column in sync. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on monday.com's app hosting service (monday code), which runs on Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). The hosting service keeps operational logs (errors, and event types with IDs) for troubleshooting.

Third parties

The app communicates only with monday.com (its API and hosting). This website is served by Cloudflare. Emails to our support address pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to our email provider.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the app is installed. When your account uninstalls the app, all data stored for that account is deleted automatically. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing support@approveboard.com. If the app is discontinued, we will delete all stored data within 48 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data related to your account, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed to children.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
