These terms are an agreement between you (the monday.com account that installs the app, and its users) and [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME] ("we") for the ApproveBoard app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.
1. The service
The app lets users request and record approvals on monday.com items. It records decisions and may update a status column you choose. The app does not give legal, financial, or compliance advice, and approval records are not legal signatures.
2. Plans, billing, and refunds
Plans are sold and billed through the monday.com marketplace. Prices and limits are shown on the listing. Refunds follow monday.com's marketplace refund process, including its automatic refund window for new purchases. For any other refund request, contact support and we will review it in good faith.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or attack or overload the service.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communication
We do not send marketing emails. We contact you only in reply to messages you send us (for example, support requests), or through monday.com's channels for important service notices, such as changes to these terms or the discontinuation of the app.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue the app. If we discontinue it, we will notify users, stop billing, and delete stored data.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
